Do you know that every single morning is a wonderful privilege to wake up to a brand NEW day? There is nothing like it, therefore we are to be expecting His goodness and mercy to show up each day in mysteriously GOOD ways.

“Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.”

Isaiah 43:19 NKJV

The word of God is both timeless and timely. It is without limits. It all depends on how the Holy Spirit will reveal it to us.

A new thing could be the new covenant with better promises.

Sickness is to our bodies …

Sin is to our souls …

Separation from God is to our spirits …

But the BLOOD OF JESUS paid them ALL …

And made us WHOLE …

“So if the Son liberates you [makes you free men], then you are really and UNQUESTIONABLY FREE.” John 8:36 AMPC

The Word of God is truth. It is not subject to man’s opinions. It is meant to be received and believed and we shall SEE the manifestation of it.

Job 22:21 Agree with God and be at peace; thereby good will come to you.

When we meditate His word day and night, it renews our thinking and transforms our lives. When we believe that there is nothing like today, then our eyes will be programmed to look at each day uniquely expecting to see what made it so. Our expectations are God’s invitations. They are landing strips for His goodness to land.

A new thing could be new dreams to pursue.

A new thing could be birthing new divine relationships.

A new thing could be new and fresh revelations that serves as our spiritual daily bread.

A new thing is a new sunrise. No one can paint the skies like our Heavenly Father does 😍. No sunrise is ever the same. It is always new every morning.

A new thing could be simply new things.

I woke up one morning with these words, “there is nothing like today!” At the course of the day, my gateways were opened, charged to see what could make this day like a unique one.

I boldly declared, “Today is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)

Since it is the day THAT THE LORD HAS MADE, I choose to expect it to be good!

A couple of months ago, I was in an outlet store. I was looking for walking shoes that would fit my desired specifications, but I found nothing. And so, I left it hanging.

That day when I woke up with those words, I felt like the Lord was up to something. I was readily expectant and alert to see what was coming.

I went to my friend’s house and surprisingly stayed there for unusually long time. In the afternoon, she told me we’ll head to the mall to look for her rubber shoes and so we went.

While we were there, I saw how overly expensive they were. Ohhh my! Then, I had a prompting to text my other friend who is into running. She gave me the most comfortable running shoes I ever had in the past. In my text, I just mentioned if ever she would have an old pair to spare. To my surprise, she replied, “Do you know that I am just unpacking my suitcase from my travel and someone gave me this running shoes. At the exact moment you texted I was thinking to whom will this be given to? Perfect timing! You can have it! I’ll viber you the photo.”

And so, there goes my new thing that made my day like no other. Thank You, Jesus! I got a new pair of walking shoes with the exact brand, the exact color and exact size that I desired.

Truly, He gives us the desires of our hearts 😍♥️

Pay attention to the promptings of the Holy Spirit within us that we may live nd move and have our being in Him.
