Aligned!

“As for God, His way is blameless. The word of the LORD is tested [it is perfect, it is faultless]; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.”  Psalm 18:30 AMP

Let us always revere the word of God as our plumb line that symbolizes the standards by which God will rebuild His people.   As we submit and surrender into the authority of His word that He watches to come to pass in our lives, we are kept safe and secure, strong and enlightened, refreshed and revitalized, renewed and transformed.  He breathes into His word His life-giving breath that becomes spirit and life where FREEDOM comes.

Because of what Jesus has done at the cross, redemption is at hand.  When He said, “IT IS FINISHED!”, He paid for our sin and all its wages by the power of His blood which is the greatest expression of His love.  He took us out from the kingdom of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of His marvelous light, with arms stretched wide, welcoming us into His presence without reproach.  He restored our identity with kingdom authority.

We are born to reign in life as kings.

We are born as God’s delegated authority commissioned to fill the earth with His glory.

We are born to be the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

We are born to be God’s sons and daughters lavished with His great love.

We are born in such a time as this to take our rightful place to subdue the earth with His love.

We are born to be God’s ultimate expression of His beauty, grace and peace in which we are called to ARISE and SHINE!

The power behind this kingdom of God’s power and authority bestowed upon us is our intimate relationship with Jesus.  Our constant and consistent connectedness to the Vine is where endless life flows.  It is our experiential knowledge of Him day in and day out is what nourishes us.

A branch can only stay alive, vibrant and fruitful if it is not separated from the tree. As we abide in His presence, and His revealed word abides in us, we flourish like palm trees.  It is the ongoing fresh pouring and anointing of the Holy Spirit in and upon us is what enables us to carry and release His presence to those who are in desperate need of Him and it is the oil of His presence that changes our capacity to give.

“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.”  (2 Corinthians 4:7)

The indwelling Spirit of the Living God in us is the One Who is all the while effectually at work in us. The very same power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead and made Him sit at the right hand of the Father is the exceeding greatness of power IN us.  What manner of beings He created us to be that He chose to live inside you and me?  The God Whom ALL things are possible, the God Who created the earth and all its fullness, the God Who holds the universe in the palm of His hand divinely desires to have an intimate relationship with us.  Come to think of it, you and I must be so special.  Have you ever thought of that?  He issued a never-ending invitation for us to live within His innermost circle for us come to intimately know Him. And yet, because of His great love for us, He gave us free will to choose whether to believe what He said in His word or not.

Alignment to His word eases us.  Think with me on this.  Maintenance of our cars includes wheel alignment.  It consists of adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other. The purpose of these adjustments is maximum tire life and a vehicle that tracks straight and true when driving along a straight and level road.  More so, proper wheel alignments allow safer driving.

But here are some common signs that you are dealing with wheels with poor alignment:  Vehicle pulling to the left or right. Uneven or rapid tire wear. Your steering wheel is crooked when driving straight. Squealing tires.  Drivers will notice that it takes more effort to steer their vehicles in a straight line. Misalignment may also cause vibration that you’ll feel especially in the steering wheel.

Simply put, if we want to live our lives at rest and at ease, we yield to His invitation.  Time in His presence is never wasted.  This is where our thoughts and ways are honed to align into His.  There may be situations that may pull us to the right or to the left, but  when our minds are renewed by meditating His word day and night, we get rooted and grounded. His word has the perfect ability to break even the most stubborn resistance.

The excellence of His power causes us to be conformed to the truth of who He created us to be. Our purpose may be gigantically overwhelming to subdue the earth and fill it with the knowledge of His goodness as the water covers the sea, but when we come to know our specific part in the body of Christ, it narrows it down for us to focus on just one thing … To stop for HIM Who daily loads us with Himself and to stop for the one whom He calls us to unload His kingdom benefits at a given time.

He always postures us to be at the right place at the right time, with the right thoughts in our minds and right words that come out from our mouths, with the right people to touch and with the right heart for Him to flow Himself through. All we need is to be aware of His presence, recognize and acknowledge the move of the Holy Spirit and yield to His leading.

Jesus’ mission on earth was to restore us back to be like Him and commissioned us to make Him known by the way we move and live and have our being in Him.  As He is, so are we.

Prayer:  Heavenly Father, thank You, calling me by name to know You.  Jesus, thank You, for making The Way for me to know experientially the depth, width, height and how strong Your love is for me that no matter what comes my way, You got me covered, protected and secure.  Thank You, Holy Spirit, for being the guarantee of what is to come.  Surely and only goodness and mercy shall pursue me all the days of my life as I continually dwell in Your presence forever.  Amen!
