Healing In His Word

The challenges that we face as believers are meant to propel us forward and advance.  They put pressure in us that allow us to think outside the box, knowing that our God is exceedingly beyond the capacity of what human intellect can grasp.

My intentions are not always yours,
and I do not go about things as you do.
My thoughts and My ways are above and beyond you,
just as heaven is far from your reach here on earth.  (Isaiah 55:8-9 The Voice)

Abiding In The Vine

Before I came to experientially know our Lord Jesus Christ, I never really thought I seriously needed a Savior.  Yes, I knew there was God Whom I prayed to in church every Sunday and called upon Him every time I get entangled with challenges in which He faithfully answered me, but until I had a personal encounter with Him, only then I somehow understood how life is to be lived when we are in union with Jesus.  It is a life full of love, joy, hope and peace, in spite of what is going on around me.

The New Normal

You may be wondering by now what it means to live the “NEW NORMAL” life after this global pandemic.  Hmmmm …

“And He gave them this illustration: “No one rips up a new garment to make patches for an old, worn-out one. If you tear up the new to make a patch for the old, it will not match the old garment. And who pours new wine into an old wineskin? If someone did, the old wineskin would burst and the new wine would be lost. New wine must always be poured into new wineskins. Yet you say, ‘The old ways are better,’ and you refuse to even taste the new that I bring.” (Luke 5:36-39 TPT)

God So Loves You ♥️

“For this is how much God loved the world—He gave His one and only, unique Son as a gift.  So now everyone who believes in Him will never perish but experience everlasting life.”  (John 3:16 TPT)

I believe this is the most memorized verse in the Bible, yet I wonder how many of us really came to put on the brakes, to pause, to think, to meditate, to regurgitate, to digest, to confess and to declare until it becomes a part of us.
