Be HOT! (Humble, Open, Teachable)

How can God live in us and see no change? Hmmm … it’s possible! It’s common! It may be in opposition to our religious mindsets to think this way, but it’s true. Our God is not the God of robots. He is a God of love, faithfulness and integrity. He gave us the gift of FREE WILL and until our wills are enthralled in His love that causes us to submit and obey, our wills prevail.

Daily Loaded!

Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And FORGET NOT ALL HIS BENEFITS:
Who forgives ALL your iniquities,
Who heals ALL your diseases,
Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (Psalm 103:1-5)

A Believer’s Normal!

A believer’s “normal” is SUPERNATURAL in nature if you SEE who you are and whose you are.

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:  Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” (John 1:12-13)

Whoever!

One thing that makes us think deeper is when unexpected questions are raised before us.  We may have heard them answered before by a lot of people in faith, but how different it is when we are asked of those same questions in the middle of just a very casual conversation.

Thanks be to God Who always causes us to triumph in Christ.  When we are caught unaware, “the Holy Spirit will give us the words to say at the moment when we need them.” (Luke 12:12 Voice)

Needful Of Him

Many of us think that when we pray and what we are specifically praying for does not conform to our expectation and delivered not according to our own timetable, our default conclusion is … “God did not hear my prayer or He did not answer me.”   Then, our confidence gets tarnished with a negative thought of not being worthy to be heard.

But hear this truth in His Word,

“Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.

In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.”  (Proverbs 3:5-6 AMPC)
