“I AM the Lord, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me?”  Jeremiah 32:27 NLT

Your dream may be as high or even higher than Zugspitze, the highest mountain in Germany (see Photo), impossible to conquer in your own capacity, but God is not intimidated by the bigness of your dream for He is very much able and willing to do it and even exceed it to its highest degree one can dare to believe.  Why limit Him to what we think when He can do exceedingly, abundantly MORE?

Do you know that He values our dreams?  It is all because it is in this place where we can access the limitless realm of the heavenlies, where all things are possible, where we can see the way He sees things, where we have the freedom to think things beyond the limits of our physical reality and into His reality.  We all know that WITH GOD, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!  And His word also says, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE!  So, why not dream the dreams of God?

Our God is INFINITE, which means there is always something more of and to HIM than we can think or imagine!  One of the ways for us to tap into such realm is to dream.  When we dream of something that is within our capacity to reach and fulfill it without His help, then we aren’t dreaming yet.

To dream is to contemplate the possibility of doing something way beyond our reach.  It is a state of mind marked by abstraction or release from reality.  It is a strong desired goal or purpose that satisfies us.  To dream is to ride in the vehicle of the divine revelation of HOW GREAT OUR GOD IS and how He delights in making His greatness and goodness known to us, His beloveds.

“Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [INFINITELY BEYOND our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us …”  Ephesians 3:20 AMP

God has a million and one ways how He will make manifest our dreams before our very eyes.  He created us differently, therefore His way for each one of us is different and unique.  The only common ground we have is that GOD gives us the desires of our hearts, that He is able to do infinitely beyond our dreams, that He Who began a good work in us is faithful to finish it, that there is nothing too difficult for Him to do, that He deeply loves you and I and His utmost desire is to lavish us with His love for His own satisfaction and delight.

Through the intimacy of our relationship with Him, He starts to transform us from the inside out as we focus our thoughts and intents to Him.  In intimacy, we yield to His leading, His instructions, His directions and trusting Him fully by letting Him set the pace.  Always remember that it is He Who LEADS and we FOLLOW.  We cannot speed things up just to achieve the dream that He has put in our hearts faster than it should be but what we need to do is hold His hand with a childlike faith, trust Him and take one step at a time.

One step always takes us further.  One revelation in our journey with Him takes us deeper. One whisper takes us closer.  I believe that our walk with God is not just for us to be in awe of what He CAN do to fulfill our dreams but more so for us to KNOW HIM, know how deep His love is for us, how He cares for us, how He enjoys being with us, how He desires to be a part of our lives, how He IS with us every step of the way that makes our lives filled with His breath, His peace, His joy, His hope, a confident expectation that only and surely goodness and mercy shall pursue us all the days of our lives as we dwell in Him forever.  It is in the journey of KNOWING HIM INTIMATELY that matters most to Him and for us to eventually long for Him with such an intensity, hunger and thirst for Him that His presence will matter most to you and me.
