Oh What A Wonderful World

How do we perceive things in order to keep ourselves afloat in seeing things beautiful at all times?   Putting and focusing our eyes on Jesus and BEING in His presence is the key.  His finished work guarantees us a confident expectation of good that will happen in our lives as we put our trust in Who He is and the promise of His Word that He came that we may HAVE and ENJOY life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).  (John 10:10 AMPC)

Though we walk in not so good situations, we fear not for He is with us.  It is in His presence where we are embraced and surrounded by His beauty that changes the way we think of where we are at.  We do not deny the reality of our challenges, but when we get off our focus from these challenges and into our Savior and Redeemer Jesus, Who is mighty to save, in Whom nothing is impossible, hope rises within our hearts that affects what comes out of us.  This is the superior reality that we are to tap into, the kingdom invasion reality, where the truth of His word has the magnified and influential voice that silences the doubts within us.

Truly we are to keep and guard our hearts with all vigilance and above all that we guard, for out of it flow the springs of life. (Proverbs 4:23)  We are to man and protect what we put in and deposit into our hearts.  We diligently watch over and protect it by meditating on the goodness of our Heavenly Father until JOY fills our hearts that strengthens us, for the joy of the Lord is our strength.  Once filled with unspeakable joy, nothing else will.

I am believing for a financial breakthrough and a door was opened for me to sell my friend’s townhouse.  I asked one of my prayer partners to help me sell yet nothing has been closed.  It has been a couple of months now and all we’ve got were inquiry after inquiry.

Today, I just heard from my friend who is the owner of the townhouse that someone is interested.  Since the inquiry is directly to her, it only means one thing, that I will not have any share of the commission.

How will I respond to a situation like this?  All the while I thought the Lord opened the door for me.  But, instead of thinking negatively towards it, I rested my case and opened my hand and heart to the sovereignty of our Mighty God.  I choose to trust Him with all of my heart, leaning not on my own understanding.  In all of my ways, I will continue to acknowledge His Lordship in my life and surely I will see Him direct my path.  I choose to rejoice and celebrate my friend’s desire for her townhouse to be sold speedily.

I opt to look to and feed on His goodness and His faithfulness.  Him being my Provider is not defined by my situation.  He is the Greatest Provider at ALL times.  He will never ever let us down.  All we need to do is get our hearts aligned into Who He is as defined in His Word and not by our world.

As far as I know, the deal has not been finalized yet.  But in the process of it getting sold, I desire my heart to be filled with thanksgiving, praise and worship, confidently knowing in my heart that our Daddy God has a million and one ways of providing for His children.  I may have looked at it as the only way at one point in time, but with this kind of sour attitude only limits our limitless God to move in ways and means that are yet unheard and unseen.

Open heavens are truly found between our ears.  What are we thinking?  You and I are seated in the heavenly places IN CHRIST JESUS in Whom ALL THINGS CONSIST.  As far as I can remember, He still is the Creator of all and His creation still continues to multiply.  Scarcity is not in His vocabulary.  His supply is inexhaustible.  His ability and willingness to provide still holds true to today and in the generations to come.  Oh what a wonderful world we live in Christ, as we move and live and have our being in Him.  Just like Abraham, against all hope, IN HOPE BELIEVED and he saw the manifestation of the promise.

“At the right time, I the Lord, will make it happen.”  (Isaiah 60:22 NLT)

I choose to trust in His perfect timing and in His perfect way of meeting my needs which is according to His glorious riches by Christ Jesus.  I know deep within me that He is never early nor late.   While waiting, I opt to enjoy the journey of discovering more of Who He is that will change me, rearrange me, and make me more like Jesus, Who fully trusted The Father to provide whatever He asked when He dwelt among us.

But those who trust in the Eternal One will regain their strength.
They will soar on wings as eagles.
They will run—never winded, never weary.
They will walk—never tired, never faint. (Isaiah 40:31 Voice)

Prayer:  Heavenly Father, thank You, for Your love, mercy and grace.  Thank You for filling me with Your presence that satisfies my very being while I continue to believe for the manifestation of Your provision.  Thank You, Jesus, that in You, my identity of being seated in the heavenly realms causes me to see things from Your throne’s perspective that You have unlimited ways of providing my needs according to Your glorious riches.  Thank You, Holy Spirit, my Comforter, for allowing me to rest my case and trust You completely, graced to run the race and COUNT IT ALL JOY while waiting.  Amen!
