I See You Do It Again!

Nothing fails in the Kingdom of God!  Nothing is wasted in the Kingdom of God!  God always causes us to TRIUMPH in Christ and the INCREASE of His Kingdom knows no bounds.

“Yet I am so thankful to God, who always marches us to victory under the banner of the Anointed One; and THROUGH US He spreads the beautiful fragrance of His knowledge to every corner of the earth.” (2 Corinthians 2:14)

When we see the goodness of God parading before our eyes, we cannot help but testify.  Our hearts could not contain the wondrous things that He has done.  If we do not open our mouths to praise Him and make Him known, the stones along the road would burst into cheers. (Luke 19:40 NLT)

“Give thanks to the LORD and proclaim His greatness. Let the whole world know what He has done.”  (Psalm 105:1)

“The testimony of Jesus is a spirit of prophecy.” (Revelation 19:10)  As we witness miracles, signs and wonders, whether personally or through other believers, something happens within us.  The seeds of God’s greatness are deposited in our hearts that will cause us to level up our faith trusting in and leaning on His faithfulness to fulfill what He has promised.

Over a year ago, I was invited for lunch at a friend’s house.  I did not respond right away because it felt like I did not have the unction to go.  But at the last minute, there was such a stirring in my heart to join them and so I went.

The fellowship lunch was great.  We had so much fun sharing about the goodness of God over a sumptuous meal.

As I was about to leave and headed towards the door, I suddenly turned around and saw her house help with a big lump on her neck.  I went near her and asked what it was and she said it was goiter.

In a split second, I asked my friends to join me to pray for her and so we did.  Little did I know that my friends also had such intention all along.   I laid hands on her neck and commanded the goiter to go in Jesus’ Name.  We declared her healed and whole for it is God’s will for us to be so.  Jesus paid all our sicknesses and diseases 2000 years ago and all we need to do is receive what He has done by faith.  I also had the wonderful opportunity and privilege of introducing Jesus to her where she received Him as her Lord and Savior.

I left the house astounded by the thought that truly it is He Who orders our steps.  When Jesus becomes our Lord and Savior, He just waits for us to obey His leading because He has a diving agenda where more often than not we do not perceive.  Thank God, He did not stop knocking at the door of my heart until I said, “yes, Lord”.

Fast forward, over a year after, I was again invited by the same friend to a fellowship dinner because they moved in to another house.  This time, there was no hesitation in my heart saying “yes” knowing it was a celebration of God’s goodness in their lives.  We know that we are called to celebrate with those who celebrate and mourn with those who mourn.  And so I went.

Almost towards the end of the dinner, I noticed that there was a little girl walking here and there in the house who looked so familiar.  I could not seem to remember where I saw her.  Then, to my surprise, she is the daughter of the one we prayed for who had goiter when the girl ran towards her mother.  I looked up face to face with the mother and I asked her, “How are you doing?”  She answered, “I’m very fine and my goiter is gone!”  I couldn’t help but raised my voice and praised God, “Hallelujah!”

My friends came to me and said, “Remember?  She was the one we prayed for?”  Oh yes, I remembered.

Sometimes we think that when we pray for someone and not see the manifestation right away we get questions in our minds.  But I’m here to tell you to never underestimate the power of the Word of God spoken into people’s lives.  They are incorruptible seeds sown that are meant to grow and bear fruit, but only God knows when that designated time will be.  Jesus said, “My words that I speak to you, they are spirit and they are life.” (John 6:63).  When we speak and declare His Word over our situations, it will NOT come back to Him void, but it shall accomplish what He desires and fulfill the purpose for which it has been sent forth.

We owe the world an opportunity to experience the power of God and an invitation to salvation because Jesus sent us into the world, just as the Father sent Him, with the power of the Holy Spirit.

There are people in the world who has never known let alone read the Bible, but the Lord said, “I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.” (Hebrews 10:16)  As we obey Him because we love Him, we become the living epistles.  We become the Word made flesh as we get to be diffusers of the fragrance of His love on the earth.

There may be times when the supernatural move of God does not appear spectacular.  BE OF GOOD CHEER, for the greatest breakthrough that we could ever experience is on the inside of us.  When Jesus knocks at the door of our hearts and we respond by welcoming Him, our lives will never be the same again.  His presence is the most beautiful and the most powerful encounter that is way beyond what we can dare dream, think or imagine.   Then, our encounters with Him will allow us to make others encounter Jesus through our little lives.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me.” (Revelation 3:20)

Prayer:  Heavenly Father, thank You that nothing compares to the PROMISE we have in You.  Thank You, Jesus, for paving the highway of holiness for us to be able to explore and experience what it means to be our Father’s beloveds, healed and whole in Your Name.  Thank You, Holy Spirit, for moving in our lives, filling and flooding us with Yourself that we may be conduits for carrying Your glory presence touching the lives of those around us.  Amen!
