No one in this world came into being without being thought of and known by God before the foundation of time.

He is the Omniscient God, the ALL-KNOWING God, Who knows the end of our lives from the beginning. Nothing takes Him by surprise. He knows our strengths and our weaknesses, yet He loves us the same. He pays great attention to us down to the last detail that even the number of hairs on our heads He knows.

“Long before He laid down earth’s foundations, He had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of His love, to be made whole and holy by His love.” Ephesians 1:4 MSG

Knowing our value and worth changes how we see and live our lives. We are to perceive ourselves as a gift beautifully created and wrapped in His love, given to this world to be a glory carrier of His heavenly love. We are in this world because we matter! We matter to God and we matter to those around us. But we are to find our value in Him and not anywhere else for our worth before His eyes is eternal.  It is not dependent on how good we are but it is dependent on how good He is and HE IS GOOD ALL THE TIME.

Thank God Who is rich in mercy and abounding in love always has a redemptive way of making Himself and His love known to us. It is He Who is the INITIATOR of everything. He FIRST THOUGHT of us and FIRST KNOWN us. HE FIRST LOVED us. HE FIRST GAVE us His only begotten Son, Jesus, that we may have life and have it more abundantly. He is the Alpha. He is the Beginning. Nothing existed before He spoke the world into existence.

Imagine this with me. The God of the universe Who created the heavens and the earth personally, individually and intimately knows us. Stop and look up to the sky and see its beauty and its vastness. Look around you and notice the beautiful creation that He created for us to enjoy, and think that in the midst of all creation, He knows us.

He not only knows us, but He values us. He accepts us. He pays great attention to us. He is pleased with us. He cares for us. He deeply loves us. This is why He GAVE to us His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, that we may KNOW HIM and HIS LOVE experientially and be fully satisfied and fulfilled in the revelation of Who He is, what He has done and who we are IN HIM.

His Spirit-breathed Word is the key to the knowledge of the truth of who we are before His very eyes. Without His Word, how else will we know? Jesus is the Word made flesh, therefore we cannot know Him apart from His Word.

We are the apple of His eye. (Zechariah 2:8)

We are His treasured possession. (Deuteronomy 26:18)

We are His masterpieces. (Ephesians 2:10)

We are His favored ones and His favor is for a lifetime. (Psalm 30:5)

We are His sons and daughters.  (Galatians 4:6)

We are His beloveds. (Jeremiah 31:3)

We are HIS ♥️.  (Isaiah 43:1)

We are to open our hearts and allow the seed of His Word to be rooted and grounded in us.  In His word is where He reveals to us how valued we are before His very eyes.

“In simple humility, let our gardener, God, landscape you with the Word, making a salvation-garden of your life.” James 1:21 MSG

Therefore, we are encouraged to meditate His Word day and night. It is in meditation where we encounter and experience Him as we allow Him to speak to us that changes the way we think about ourselves. His voice rewires our minds to think and see differently. His word is like water that refreshes us each time. It cleanses and clears our confused minds. It brings comfort and strength. It gives direction as the lamp upon our feet and the light unto our path. It gives us hope, a confident expectation of good, because once He speaks, no thing and no one can come against it. It surely will come to pass.

When our identity is deeply founded in His Word, steadfastly established in Christ that we are DEEPLY LOVED by Him and continuously inhabited by the presence of the Holy Spirit, no matter what waves and winds come our way, we are anchored in Him. It is not about us holding on to Him. Our confidence and trust will be on how He holds us tightly in His hands, never even loosening His grip on us.

Our identity is never to be built by eating the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The whispers, roars and lies of the enemy is always aimed at the foundation of our identity in Christ. His job description is to steal, kill and destory. When he gets into it, we crumble.

But if we keep eating the fruit of the Tree of Life of Who is Jesus, whose words are spirit and life, our identity is established steady and strong. It is not dependent on what we do or do not do. It is fully determined by Who He is and what Jesus has done at the cross. His finished work sealed it all. His blood paid it all. Once sealed and paid, who can separate us from the love of God?

We may GO THROUGH storms in life, but it is He Who upholds us with His righteous right hand. We may get knocked down but not destroyed for He will never leave us helpless nor without support. We may find ourselves in the fiery furnace, but with Jesus in us as we are in Him, surely He will gloriously deliver us without even smelling like smoke. This is who we are and how valued we are in Him.

Remember this, the value of a new and crisp $100 bill and a crumpled one stays the same. When you go through, take out a bill from your pocket or wallet and be reminded that nothing can devalue you no matter what situation you are in. You are deeply loved by our Daddy God and it is His perfect love that casts out all our fears away. His roar of love will surely silence the enemy’s roar of fear and displaces it.

“Listen carefully, My dear child, to everything that I teach you, and pay attention to all that I have to say. Fill your thoughts with My words until they penetrate deep into your spirit. Then, as you unwrap My words, they will impart true life and radiant health into the very core of your being.” (Proverbs 4:20-22 TPT)

When we know how valued we are by HIM, only then we begin to value ourselves the very way He values us. This is where we find fulfillment and satisfaction just by belonging to Him Who values us most.

Then, we get graced and enabled to value others the same. We cannot give what He has not first given us. Withdrawals are impossible without desposits.

When we experientially know how valued we are, we give Jesus the reward of His suffering where every drop of His blood spoke, “You are worthy of it all ♥️”.

Prayer:  Heavenly Father, thank You for loving us unconditionally and eternally.  Thank You for seeing us beautifully with the moral grandeurs and excellencies of Jesus Christ.  Jesus, thank You for paying the price by the power of Your blood, cleansing us that our sins and lawlessness will be remembered NO MORE!  Thank You, Holy Spirit, for revealing to us Who our Father is Who is LOVE, Who Jesus is and what He has done, the demonstration of our Father’s love, and Who You are, the revealer of His love.  Amen!
