Jesus answered, If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him.  John 14:23 (Amp)

I once asked God this question, “now that I am the temple of Your Holy Spirit, Your very presence, Who abides in me 24/7 and FOREVER, what must I do to make You comfortable? How will I make you so at home in me?”

The answer didn’t come in an instant but after a while He made me focus on the word “comfortable”.   He said, “it isn’t you who will make Me comfortable, I AM THE COMFORTER Who brings comfort to My Home in you.”

He opened my eyes to look around and see my own house.  He said, “if a visitor comes to your house, you normally do the beyond normal cleaning regimen to make your visitor at home.  You buy food that you don’t normally buy, you take your visitor around to places you don’t normally go and you do things above normal, right?  Why?  Because you want them to feel more than welcomed.”

“BUT, when “I” come to live in your house permanently, think it this way.

I AM LOVE when you need a love.

I AM the Prince of Peace when you need peace.

I AM JEHOVAH JIREH when you need provision!

I AM JEHOVAH RAPHA when you need healing!

I AM your COMFORTER when you need comfort!

I AM your STRENGTH when you’re weak!

I AM your JOY Who takes away your sadness!

I AM your HELPER Who helps you with everything!

When you need cleansing from your fears, worries, guilt and condemnation, My Blood is more than enough to make your slate clean!  My whispers to you will get magnified above and beyond what you’re fearful of that postures you back into My peace.

BEHOLD, I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS when you need company.

I AM WISDOM Who liberally give it without reproach when you ask for it.  I will lead you and instruct you in the way you should go and guide you with My eye.

Name it, you have it for I AM THE GREAT I AM!  Whatever your need is, I AM!

Therefore, it is I Who make My home in you a comfortable place for Me to live in.

It is NOT by might nor by power, but by My Spirit!”

 

Thank You, Jesus, for sending me an ADVOCATE, a HELPER to ABIDE IN ME FOREVER, the Holy Spirit. (John 14:16; John 16:7)  You alone are worthy of all my honor, glory and praise! There is none like You Who loves me like You do!
