“For IN CHRIST lives all the FULLNESS OF GOD in a human body.  So you also are COMPLETE through your UNION WITH CHRIST, who is the head over every ruler and authority.”  (Colossians 2:9-10 NLT)

A few days ago, I attended a 2-day Jesus Festival Conference where FULLNESS was its theme.  It was so amazing to witness different speakers with their own unique revelation of what fullness mean to them.  Most verses used were identical yet viewed beautifully and distinctively.  To each his own, yet complementary to one another’s perspective, with one common denominator, Jesus Christ, who makes us all whole and complete, for IN HIM all things consist.  Fullness indeed comes in the person of JESUS CHRIST!

When we acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we get washed by His blood, made pure, holy and blameless for the Holy Spirit to dwell inside of us.  His indwelling is never partial.  Once He takes up residence in our hearts, we become the home of the fullness of the Godhead.

“If anyone loves Me, he will keep my word, and My Father will love him, and WE will come to him and make OUR home with him.”  (John 14:23)

When the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God and of the Son, abides in us, the immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing greatness of His [active, spiritual] power is in us WHO BELIEVE.  His presence makes us full but the fullness of His power flowing in and through us is determined by how we steward it. His capacity to demonstrate and manifest the fullness of the Godhead living inside of us is dependent on how renewed our minds are.  More often than not, closed heavens are between our ears.  We are what we think and our lives are molded according to our most dominant thoughts.  Indeed, as man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7)

Oh how our Heavenly Father desires to commune with us, His beloveds, for He knows that only IN HIM and IN HIS LOVE can we be made full and complete. He so desires to make us whole that He sent His only beloved Son, Jesus Christ, for us to be reconciled back into His embrace and be one with Him. There is no other possible way and He has  no other choice to show forth His great love for you and me. Jesus is the perfect offering and the perfect High Priest forever Who satisfied and qualified to atone for all our sins. Therefore WHOSOEVER believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life and I believe eternal life carries fullness and even far more for it is beyond the measure of time.  Jesus came that you and I may HAVE and ENJOY LIFE, and have it in abundance [to the FULL, till it OVERFLOWS) (John 10:10 Amp).

The fullness in our own lives doesn’t end there.  The “micro” fullness, our individual completeness, is always meant to overflow so that the fullness of the body of Christ (“macro-fullness”) will be achieved.  With us being filled and flooded with the richest measure of His divine presence is not the end of the road.  Our next step is to be carriers, diffusers and influencers of His glory, His goodness and His love all throughout the earth. God chose us to be His co-laborers, LOVED by Him TO LOVE.

“But [the time is coming when] the earth shall be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, As the waters cover the sea.” (Habakkuk 2:24 Amp)

How the earth will be filled with the knowledge of God’s glory is when we all take our rightful place as sons and daughters of the Most High God.

“For [even the whole] creation [all nature] waits eagerly for the children of God to be revealed.” (Romans 8:19 Amp)

The very moment we made Jesus reign in our hearts as Lord, heaven invaded our lives, independent of the situation around us. We know that our lives are to be lived from the inside out, from faith to faith, from glory to glory, for it is the Holy Spirit Who smears His divine ability IN US to change us and UPON US to change the atmosphere around us. We have been saved by grace through faith that with our testimonies, hope will rise in the hearts of those who long to have breakthroughs in their lives. We are destined to be blessed by God to be a blessing to others, favored by God to give favor to others, loved by God to love others. We have the Answer and His name is Jesus Christ Who is the HOPE of glory.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for revealing Jesus to us Who is Your exact representation that we may come to know You intimately through Him. Thank You for making us experience what it means to be whole and complete IN CHRIST ALONE! Jesus said, “WHOEVER drinks the water I give them will never thirst.  Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (John 4:14 NIV). Thank You, Holy Spirit for filling and flooding us with the richest measure of Your divine presence that we get to be a body wholly filled and flooded with Yourself for us to overflow to those around us. Amen!
