And It Came To Pass

Indeed our expectation is God’s invitation.  This may be contrary to what many may think, but truly the Word of God is not subject to man’s opinions.  How can we pray and not expect the Lord to answer our prayer?  We might as well not pray!  The only way we can be fully convinced is when we go back to His Word and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that He will do what He says He will do.  If it is His will and His will is in His Word, then, who are we to question?

“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.  And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.”  (1 John 5:14-15)

Speak The Word Only

God is a God of integrity.  Whatever He says He will do for He doesn’t violate what He has spoken.  When He says it, surely we can count on it.

His Word is the truth.  His Word is His bond.  Whoever He says He is in His Word, that is Who He is.

God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: has He said, and shall He not do it? or has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?  (Numbers 23:19)

God’s Handiwork

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky shows His HANDIWORK.

Day to day they SPEAK, night to night they REVEAL knowledge.

There is no speech, no words, where their voice goes unheard.

Their voice has gone out to all the earth and their words to the end of the world.

In the heavens He pitched a tent for the sun.

Psalm 19:2-5‬ ‭TLV‬‬

Prayer: Nothing indeed beats the work of YOUR hands, O Lord. If all of these reflect YOUR beauty, how much more beautiful YOUR beloved sons and daughters are, created according to YOUR image and likeness, the very apple of YOUR eye. We are YOUR masterpieces, who are greatly blessed, highly favored and deeply loved. Amen!

“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].” Ephesians‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Unearned Favor

Have you ever experienced the Lord’s goodness in spite of your mindlessness of Him?  Oh I have, lots of times, and I had one that was just very recent 🙂

Sometimes we get so caught up with our situation that causes us to fear, not knowing that we have already put limitations around us for God to breathe into our circumstances.  Yet He demonstrate His goodness anyway.  It is ALL because He is a good, good Father.
