God takes us from strength to strength, from glory to glory until we reflect the very image of His Son, Jesus. We are all a work in progress and challenges come and go not to give us a hard time but it is always purposed for our own growth.

Take heart when you go through trials for it is in the threshing floor where the functional will be separated from the dysfuntional.  It is where the wheat will be separated from the chaff.  It is where the more valuable things in your life will be left with you.  It is where the pressing pressure of the olive brings out the valued precious olive oil.  It is during these times where you will let go of the unnecessary and grasp the necessary.  When we release the things that we’re holding on to, it frees our hands to cling to the hand of Jesus.

Stop holding on to what you can’t do by yourself.  Let go and let Him hold you and sustain you with His power that is all the while at work in you.  Learn to REST in His love that tenders the enemy powerless.
