What brings us JOY?

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
    His mercies never come to an end;
   They are new every morning;
    Great is Your faithfulness.   Lamentations 3:22-23 ESV

When we know that the love of our Daddy God is from everlasting to everlasting, don’t you think it will give us utmost JOY?  Of course YES!  Everlasting means that His love lasts FOREVER!  hahaha!  Simple but powerful.

Nothing else is more irresistible and more powerful than the force of His great love that He gave Himself to us.  It is a position that no matter what you and I do, it will not make Him love us more nor less.  His love is steadfast, immovable, unchangeable, devoted, and unbelievably determined with such constancy and consistency.

There is not one place that God doesn’t want to go and not one heart that He doesn’t want to live in.  He is that kind of God who pursues and introduces Himself by demonstrating His goodness to us.  His love cleanses us and fills us with HIMSELF.    He wants us to see Him, feel Him and touch Him without guilt and condemnation but boldly coming to Him confident in the truth that we are welcomed into His loving embrace to obtain mercy and find grace in time of need.

The mercy of God is not based on what we do.  He knows our ins and outs, our flaws and imperfections.  It is our knowledge in the truth of His steadfast love that makes us confident and secure that Him knowing of our weaknesses won’t make His love evaporate but instead it will eradicate every insecurity brought by the lies of the whispers of the enemy making us see ourselves like grasshoppers instead of more than conquerors.

His faithfulness is to a thousand generations.  He, Himself, is eternal therefore His love and mercy are eternally never ending.  He desires to kiss us to life with His divine presence in the person of the Holy Spirit dwelling deep within our hearts.  He is faithful to set us free and stay free.  He longs to invade us with none less than HIMSELF Who is love so that you and I will become LOVE Himself living inside us and flowing through us, CHRIST in us, the HOPE of Glory.

We are His hands and feet, His mouthpiece, His touch, His embrace, His comfort, His love, HIS JOY, who will carry HIS PRESENCE to the ends of the earth.  Jesus sees and stops for each one of us.  He is alive in us and is full of love who cares about every tribe, nation and tongue.  Yes, He fills us so we can overflow into the thirsty ones around us.  Just as Jesus is the exact representation of our Daddy God to demonstrate and make known to us and lavish us with His steadfast love, we, too, are called to carry His love to those He called us to stop.

Yes, JOY unspeakable is found when we are constantly and consistently connected to our King Jesus, but JOY is also found when we take time to share it with others.
