God’s power cannot come out of us unless it is within us. We must know who we are and whose we are and must have an inward confidence and knowledge that we are GOD’s treasured POSSESSION, His property, His temples bought and paid for by the precious Blood of Jesus and fully filled by the Holy Spirit ALL BECAUSE OF LOVE.

Love is the most powerful force one could ever think or imagine. Do you know why? It is because God is ALMIGHTY. having absolute POWER over ALL. HE is Ruler of ALL with unrestricted power exercising absolute dominion.

God IS love, therefore love is FULL OF POWER!

God Who IS love is ALL superlatives with His UNSURPASSING greatness and goodness. Yet in His greatness, He can zero-in to each one of us, personally seeing and hearing us, desiring to be intimately involved in every detail of our lives. He longs to be KNOWN by us Who awesomely cares, willingly helps, greatly blesses, highly favors and deeply loves.

“God’s love is meteoric, his loyalty astronomic, His purpose titanic, his verdicts oceanic. Yet in his largeness nothing gets lost; Not a man, not a mouse, slips through the cracks.” Psalm 36:5-6 MSG

He has the ability to magnify before His eyes the minute concerns of our lives and amplify before His ears the silent cries of our hearts. He longs to move and live and have His Being within us, but He is such a Gentleman Who knocks and waits if we let Him in into our hearts.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” Revelation 3:20 NKJV

God has the redemptive answer to ALL our needs and even said, “Before they call, I will answer. (Isaiah 65:24). Jesus is the Good Shepherd Who laid down His life for us that may not lack any good thing. By His divine power, He has given us ALL things that pertains to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3), but nothing is automatic in the Kingdom of God. It is a necessity for us to know Who He is and who we are IN HIM and continuously cultivate our relationship with Him that we may know His heartbeat. We need to stay in close proximity to Him that we may recognize His ways of answering us.

We cannot copy what and how He has done for other people. He has uniquely created each one of us, therefore, His ways will be custom-made for us, yet birthed from the same promise that He has spoken to us in His word. This is the ultimate reason why we are to personally know Him that we may recognize Him.

I have asked Him to teach me how to love Him MORE. In my previous blog, His reply was different but was equally fulfilling. This time, He opened my eyes to see a different perspective on how He does it.

I was driving for work and there were two cars positioned in front of me with the name “JESUS” glued to their car trunk. It always puts a smile on my face when things like these happen. For me, every little thing that He causes me to see matters. For me, NOTHING just happens. Everything is for a reason. And for me, these are His love languages to me.

Later that day, a birthday celebrant invited me for her birthday dinner party and ASKED ME, “What do you want to eat? Of course at first it felt bizarre to me because this never happened before, but it so touched my heart.

A few minutes later, it dawned on me how HE zeroed-in on me. Surely there were a lot more people who were invited, but for me I felt “very special”. To be asked what I want to eat meant I was carefully thought of by Daddy God channeled through a yielded vessel, the celebrant, just as so HE could convey to me how much He cares. HE knew that when I SEE what He was doing, my response will inevitably to love HIM MORE.

You may think that it’s just but norm or it just happened, but it had a different and powerful effect on me because I recognized that it was one of His love languages towards me and no one can come against that revelatory thought.

It is the same way with you. When He comes and shows Himself strong to you in ways and means that only you know, who can argue with you? His love power has it’s effectual and eternal influence in us that only we can comprehend and these encounters become treasures meant to take us deeper into our experiential knowledge of Him.

Indeed, when His kindness, goodness and faithfulness melt our hearts, we get overwhelmed and overtaken by His love that postures us to love Him MORE!

“We love because He FIRST loved us.” (1 John 4:19)

What happened to me may not be spectacular but it was beyond a doubt supernatural because these things can never be perceived by our own human wisdom. It takes the Holy Spirit in us to reveal to us the things that He has freely given us and to discern His move is a gift that we can never in our wildest dreams know how He does it.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me and showing me the way to perceive how You do it. Thank You, Jesus, that by the power of Your finished work I get to live and move and have my being in You, cleansed, made holy and righteous, for me to be called and chosen to be the temple of Your Spirit. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for guiding me into all truth. Truly, life’s fulfillment and satisfaction can only be found in You. Amen!
