Shaking is inevitable in our lives! Somehow, somewhere, sometime along the way, it comes! See it in the right perspective and COUNT IT ALL JOY. It is in the shaking when sifting happens that separates the valued from the valueless in your life. It is when treasures are separated from the dirt.
When one wants to find precious gems and stones, these don’t just appear polished and perfect. They came from the dirt! They were dug out from the ground, shaken, sifted, cut, and has gone through a long process until it’s ready to be presented to the world.
We are no different! God uses challenges in life to shake off the unnecessary load that we carry. He wants us to see within ourselves Who is the cornerstone of our temple and Who is our firm foundation that when storms come, we don’t crumble. He wants us to see His unshakeable kingdom within us, a kingdom of RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE and JOY in the Holy Spirit (Romans 4:17).
RIGHTEOUSNESS is UNSHAKEABLE because it’s not based on what we do but on what Jesus has done!
PEACE is UNSHAKEABLE because it is not founded on the presence or absence of problems in our lives, BUT the concrete base of PEACE is knowing that Jesus, the Prince of Peace, lives inside of us Who offers such not as the world offers. What He made available to us is a supernatural state of BEING STILL in the midst of chaos because we KNOW THAT HE IS GOD and HE IS MADLY IN LOVE WITH US.
JOY is UNSHAKEABLE because when we are aware of His presence in our lives 24/7, “IN HIS PRESENCE IS FULLNESS OF JOY!” He promised that he will never leave us nor forsake us. He promised that His presence will go with us and He will give us rest!
REJOICE and COUNT IT ALL JOY in the shaking! You DON’T thank God FOR the shaking but you thank Him that in the shaking HE IS IN YOUR MIDST, upholding you, strengthening you, comforting you, encouraging you, guiding you, providing you with all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ all because He loves you!
“Since we are receiving a kingdom that is UNSHAKEABLE, let us BE THANKFUL and PLEASE GOD by WORSHIPING HIM with holy fear and awe.” Hebrews 12:28 NLT
