There are times and seasons in our lives.  It may be the beginning in one area, the middle or the end in another.  But one thing for sure is that time is always moving and it is preciously prized every moment of it.

“There is a season (a time appointed) for everything and a time for every delight and event or purpose under heaven …”  Ecclesiastes 3:1 Amp

One night I was worshiping, praying and having a glorious time.  I had a deep and intimate encounter.  I was so filled with His presence that I could picture myself smiling while sleeping after.

When I woke up the next day, surprisingly I felt the total opposite.  Emptiness hit me like crazy and I was dumbfounded by it.  I pressed in to inquire of Him what was going on.  I slept fully filled and woke up vacummed.

His gentle prompting in my heart made me smile when He said, “I just enlarged you overnight.”  I think it was the coolest thing I’ve ever heard.  I almost condemned myself of what I had done while sleeping.  That normally is our first reaction when our hearts don’t feel right.   Thank God that when He speaks sunbursts of light come crashing in that produce peace and stillness in our hearts.

Because He made known to me His thoughts that morning, it made me confident to pursue Him more knowing that I can be filled and flooded with more of Himself again. I was certain that He will again and again satisfy the deep longings of my heart.  Truly He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).

When things don’t go the way we expect it to go, develop an atiitude to inquire of what He’s doing.  SURELY He will answer and show us great and mighty things that we don’t know.  When we hear Him speak, it changes us.  It changes our perspective.  It makes us secure in His thoughts and ways that His desire is only to take us from glory to glory.

He sets us up to go deeper in the glory realms of His love and takes us higher in the wind of His Spirit.  He takes us to a place of KNOWING Him in extensive ways that we will be strong and do exploits with Him. The frequency in which we communicate changes and the messages sent across are said with such instancy and intimacy.

When entering a new season, mind the changes that come with it, positioning us to new adventures with Him.  He desires us to KNOW HIS LOVE in a deeper way, not just by the mighty works of His hand but more so by powerfully revealing to us practically through personal experience His amazing love for us that surpasses mere knowledge.  He will take us higher in His thoughts of us and deeper in His love for us.  It is when we take time to STOP and ALLOW HIM TO LOVE US in ways and means that only He can do.

It is going to be a heart to heart, face to face, eye to eye encounter. Our intimate prayer time will catapult us into greater heights because we no longer pray the same prayers. His love will shoot adrenalin into our hearts with ALL JOY that will be our strength empowering us to withstand the test of time.  Instead of waiting for the manifestation of our prayer, WE WILL BE MORE THAN EXCITED TO WAIT UPON HIM, to wait upon HIS PRESENCE to come to us, touch us, speak to us and be intimate with us.  The exchange of our words and His words will be all about what He has in His heart poured in to ours intimately.  Then, His AMAZING LOVE will arrest our fears, apprehensions, doubts, disappointments, discouragements and anger.  We may not know exactly how He’ll do it but all we need to do is put our trust in Him and lean not on our own understanding.

Our God is a Good, Good Father Who delights in the prosperity of His own, having every need met, lacking nothing.  He takes pleasure in witnessing His sons and daughters made whole and complete IN HIM.
