“This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)
Each day is a new day. There is nothing like it, none in the past and there will never be in the future. TODAY is a precious and unrepeatable gift that the Lord has made. What is expected of us TODAY is to rejoice and be glad in it.
When you thank Him, you are directing your focus on Him.
When you thank Him, you are acknowledging His presence and His power that is effectually at work in you.
When you thank Him, you are recognizing the truth that IN HIM ALL THINGS consist.
When you thank Him, your heart is constantly and consistently connected to Him, our constant Companion.
When we adore or revere someone, don’t you think we would like to be acknowledged by that someone? We sometimes get out of our way to be seen and to be taken notice of. Oh yes, that’s a default attribute of being on planet earth. At times we find ourselves searching in the net what the person is doing at the very moment and where.
Don’t worry! It’s just but norm to behave this way. The only thing that we need to redefine is WHO to adore that will give most value to our very being. To WHOM shall we pour all of our affections on and be rest assured that we will NEVER be disappointed. Continue reading “Jesus Is Second To NONE!”
The enemy always causes our eyes to see the favor of God in other people’s lives and when he does it, it creates confusion, comparison and jealousy. BUT when God directs our eyes to see His favor in other people’s lives, He will cause our hearts to yearn to know Him more and discover His favor in our own lives that satisfies.
How the enemy always twists how we see things by the power of his lying whispers that when not silenced by the written, revealed, spoken word of God can lead us to deception.
One of the powerful promises of the Heavenly Father for us is our protection. It is but a naturally supernatural nature of the Father to keep His sons and daughters safe from harm. His arms are wide open to cover and accommodate us ALL, as He longs and wants to gather His children together as a hen protects her chicks beneath her wings.
Comparison kills who we are and what we have. The very moment we compare ourselves with others, it either takes us to be prideful for being better than others or it depresses us for seeing others better than ourselves, depriving us to see and appreciate what the Lord has in store for us and who He truly made us to be.
Take the journey of seeking Jesus for it is in knowing Him that we will come to know who we are, created according to His image and likeness. As He is, so are we in this world.
Get into His Word, for what is written about us will anchor you and I to the truth. It will prevent, protect and shield us from the lie of the accuser of the brethren. It is the confidence in our identity that establishes us to take authority and be in our rightful place in the kingdom of God.
“In the last days, they will tremble in awe of the LORD and of His goodness.” (Hosea 3:5 NLT)
Well, I don’t know about you 🙂 but one thing I would like to be in awe of is to see and witness His goodness, the knowledge of His glory filling the earth as the water covers the sea. I desire to see JESUS and the benefits of His finished work at the cross in awestruck wonder, and favor is one of them.
You have an enormous craft deposited inside of you. It is the seed of greatness taken after our Great, Great God. You can believe it or not. You can use it or not. It is your choice. But when you come to know the beauty that lies within you, to waste what you have will never be an option.
A lot of us know that JESUS IS ALIVE! Oh yes … especially when we are with believers, it’s is such a powerful truth. And yes, many of us can relate to this truth that ever since we first heard these three words, we believed.
When Paul and Silas were dragged, beaten and jailed into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks, they didn’t allow their condition to affect their hearts’ position. Instead they praised God!
“About midnight Paul and Silas were PRAYING and SINGING hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them and SUDDENLY there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And IMMEDIATELY all the doors were opened, and everyone’s bonds were UNFASTENED.” Acts 16:25-26 ESV
Behold, I Am With You Always! -JESUS
